Accepting Neurodiversity (AND) is committed to building inclusive communities through transformative education and advocacy. We provide comprehensive training and support to all facets of the community—including teachers, healthcare providers, local businesses, and customer facing staff—ensuring that everyone has the tools to engage with and support neurodivergent individuals effectively.
Our goal is to shift the way society understands neurodiversity, break down barriers, and raise the standard for what it means to be truly inclusive.

"We recently had a presentation on neurodiversity at our dental office presented by AND (Accepting NeuroDiversity), and it was truly eye-opening. Kylie and McKenna are very knowledgeable and passionate about neurodiversity and helping others be better informed on how to accommodate in a respectful and useful manner. The information was not only well-presented but also incredibly practical. We left the session with a much deeper understanding of how to better support neurodivergent patients and team members alike.
What made this presentation stand out was how actionable it was. We’ve already implemented several of the strategies discussed—including use of communication cards and fidget toys. These strategies have made a noticeable difference in the comfort and experience of our patients, and our team feels more confident and informed in how we provide care.
Their presentation will have a lasting impact on our practice, and we’re so grateful for the knowledge and perspective it provided. Highly recommend to any healthcare team looking to be more inclusive and responsive."
