ACCEPTING NEURODIVERSITY
&
Our Mission
At Accepting Neurodiversity (AND), our mission is to create inclusive, informed, and empowered communities where neurodivergent individuals are not only accepted, but truly supported and valued. Through comprehensive education, practical training, and ongoing advocacy, we work with every corner of the community, schools, healthcare providers, businesses, and beyond, to build environments where neurodiversity is accepted and affirmed.
We chose the name AND because it reflects what we believe at our core: inclusion is never limited to just one space, one effort, or one community. We can change systems AND shift individual mindsets. The work of inclusion isn’t either/or—it’s AND more. We’re here to expand what’s possible.
